Officer Yu Dahai's team is so honest it is somehow a career problem, so they start faking cases to stay employed. Then a burst water pipe brings in a crew of "plumbers" who are actually tomb raiders with far more ambitious plans. This action comedy runs on bad timing, buried treasure, and people making very poor professional choices.
