Two shamans decide that controlling the country through black magic is a perfectly reasonable political strategy, provided they can gather enough sacrifices. To stop them, intelligence agents go undercover as household staff, which is already a strong sign that this film has no interest in behaving normally. It mixes horror, chaos, and very unserious national security.
