On Omadal Island, off the coast of Sabah, Bilkuin, Shima and Didi are three young members of the Bajau Laut community who are documenting their lives through film. After attending a filmmaking workshop, they were guided by a professional crew to record daily life, hopes and struggles in a community often left without citizenship, education and healthcare. This is a documentary about looking at the sea and listening to the people who call it home.
Note: The title can be translated as "Let's Go to the Sea: These Are Stories of the Bajau."
