4.30pm - 5.00pm
Tompuvan is a seven-piece band from Borneo that blends tradition with modernity. The voices of the Iban, Rungus, Sungai, Kagayan, Tidung, and Bajau peoples are carried by the sounds of the sapeh, kulintangan, sompoton, and bamboo flute. Add drums, a bass, an electric guitar, and a saxophone, along with the sound of rain sticks and gongs, and you get a bright, grounded groove made to move.
