Liberating Artistic Self-Expression

Paint & Sip is the perfect way to unwind, while trying something perhaps a little different, and making a new friend or two!

Facilitated by Jared Abdul Rahman, the social art activity is a collaboration between Hyatt Centric Kota Kinabalu and Pillars of Sabah, a local NGO aimed at community empowerment through creative expression.

Participants, artist and non-artist alike, will be guided through the liberating process of artistic self-expression, and how to have fun along the way.

Tickets

• RM88 per person, inclusive of one pastry and free flow tea or coffee.
• Painting materials will be provided.
• No experience necessary.
• Limited seating.

About Jared Abdul Rahman

Kota-Kinabalu native Jared is a multi-disciplinary educator and storyteller, with a core for community.

As President and Founder of the Pillars of Sabah Community Art Association, Jared functions primarily as a community art facilitator: facilitating community-empowerment activities, such as educational, capacity building and professional development opportunities, through the use of creative expression.
