A Musical Journey for the Whole Family
Get ready for KK's family event of the year! This event combines music, dance, and storytelling suitable for all ages.
A 16-piece orchestra with two grand pianos will perform this playful suite on stage, while KK Theater students narrate the story live. Local dancers, from ballet to hip-hop to contemporary, will bring each animal to life.
The story follows Luna, a curious girl who wanders into a musical forest where lions, swans, turtles, and more are brought to life through sound and movement. This journey of discovery, imagination, and joy shows how everyday chaos can become a kind of symphony.
The piece you will hear is by Camille Saint-Saëns, a French composer from the late 19th century celebrated for his wit and inventiveness. Carnival of the Animals remains one of his most beloved works, delighting audiences worldwide with its humor and charm.
