Saturday Night Wrist Vol.2
A loud Saturday with KK's alternative scene
Saturday Night Wrist is back with Vol. 2, bringing another afternoon of live music to Centura Music Studio. This edition features bands and artists from Kota Kinabalu and the surrounding area, performing a variety of genres including alternative rock, alternative pop, alternative metal, noisy rock and pop punk.
The line-up mixes familiar faces from the local scene with newer acts bringing fresh energy to the stage. It promises to be a mixed afternoon of guitars, heavier edges, melodic moments and local sounds that won't stay too polite for long.
If you attended the first Saturday Night Wrist, this second volume brings a different lineup and a slightly different flavour. You can revisit our announcement for Saturday Night Wrist Vol. 1 to see where the series started.

Spotlight on a Few Artists

OceansFire
Hailing from Kota Kinabalu, OceansFire are an alternative rock band known for their heavy riffs, passionate vocals and emotional intensity. Active since 2012, they have established themselves in the Sabah music scene with energetic live performances and songs that turn themes of broken trust, rage and survival into something powerful.

Perfect Silence
You might expect calm and quiet from a band called Perfect Silence, but this group does the exact opposite. Heavy riffs crash through the air, and soaring vocals lift them higher. Formed in 2021 and based in KK and Sandakan, they carry equal amounts of weight and melody.

Ordin.J
Ordin.J is a musical duo from North Borneo, Malaysia, made up of Jordan Sufie and Rafi.
