The end of the year can be stressful. If you're looking for a calming reset, this free workshop is for you!

The Brahma Kumaris Foundation is hosting "Holistic Healing Through Meditation[1]", a guided session that uses a simple, comprehensive approach to meditation. The workshop considers the mind, emotions, and the effects of stress on the body. You will learn practical techniques that you can practice at home.

Meditation won't solve all your problems in two hours, but it can help you quiet your mind, calm your nervous system, and feel more grounded. This session is also an opportunity to pause with others, which often makes it easier to follow through instead of telling yourself you'll meditate later and then never doing it.

Why 21 December?

The United Nations has proclaimed 21 December as World Meditation Day, inviting people around the world to pause, reflect, and promote physical and mental well-being through meditation and practices that foster inner peace.
